The yoga of awareness
About Kundalini Yoga
An ancient technology designed to awaken your awareness,
leading to a deeply profound experience of your own true identity.
The Path of Awakening
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul. It harnesses the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and puts them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul.
Unlike other forms of yoga which focus heavily on physical alignment, Kundalini is known as the “Yoga of Awareness.” It combines breath (pranayama), hand postures (mudras), eye-focus (drishti), chanting (mantra), and physical postures (asanas) to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, and expand lung capacity.
It is an ancient art and science dealing with the transformation and expansion of consciousness, the awakening and raising of Kundalini Energy up the spine through energy centers called Chakras.
About Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a holistic practice that integrates body, mind, and spirit. Through a dynamic combination of movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and relaxation, it helps awaken our innate vitality, cultivating greater balance, resilience, and overall well-being.
Using specific sequences of exercises (kriyas) together with the transformative power of sound (mantras), Kundalini Yoga supports the healthy functioning of the endocrine and nervous systems. The practice enhances flexibility, improves breathing capacity, releases physical and energetic tension, sharpens mental clarity, strengthens focus, and deepens intuition.
The Four Pillars
Breathwork
Pranayama techniques to direct energy and calm the restless mind, expanding vital capacity.

"In Kundalini Yoga the most important thing is your experience. It goes right to your heart. No words can replace that experience."
